Product Introduction
1. Xinshuo® carbon fiber pultrusion board is continuously produced by continuous carbon fiber tow and high-performance epoxy resin independently developed by Jiangshan through a thermal curing pultrusion molding process. The carbon wire is fully impregnated and the tension is uniform. , The board surface is smooth, high straightness, without splitting. Has excellent corrosion resistance, shock resistance and excellent characteristics of flexible materials. Passed the safety appraisal of GB 50728-2011, the strength is stable above 2400MPa.
2. Has multiple production lines, professional technical team, in-depth development of supporting impregnating resin. Carbon plate width 2cm-20cm, thickness 1.2mm-5mm can be customized according to the project.
3. The annual production capacity is 500,000 square meters, and the size can be customized according to customer project requirements: width 20mm-200mm and thickness 1.2mm-5mm; carbon fiber board is mainly used for concrete floor, bridge reinforcement, concrete wall reinforcement, and chimney, tunnel, Pool reinforcement, etc.
