Product Introduction
Prestressed carbon fiber board reinforcement is an active reinforcement technology, which uses the high-strength and high-elasticity material characteristics of carbon fiber board to bond epoxy adhesive to concrete members, and pre-stresses the carbon fiber board through anchors assembled at both ends of the carbon board The force balance of the structure improves the bearing capacity of the structure.

The prestressed carbon fiber board reinforcement system is composed of carbon fiber board, anchoring system, carbon sheet glue, tension tooling and beading.

Main Material Requirements
1. For carbon fiber board, see "Xin Shuo" carbon fiber I-class board technical parameters
2. Carbon plate anchor: The anchor should meet the requirements of static load anchoring performance and fatigue performance in the GBT 14370-2015 "Anchors, Fixtures and Connectors for Prestressed Reinforcement": The static anchoring efficiency is not less than 90% The carbon fiber board-anchor assembly shall pass the fatigue load performance test of 2 million times.

4. Anticorrosive coatings for steel components All steel components involved in reinforcement require anticorrosive coating. The surface treatment of steel components is up to Sa2.5 level, and epoxy zinc-rich primer + epoxy (cloud iron) paint + topcoat is applied, and the performance indicators refer to relevant specifications.specifications.
Tchnological Process
1. Construction preparation, jack calibration, anchoring area and positioning of drilling positions, etc
2. Concrete surface treatment, clean up and leveling;
3. Drill and plant high-strength chemical bolts at the positions of the screw holes of the tension end and fixed end of the carbon fiber board according to the design drawings;
4. After the bolt is cured to reach the design strength, the installation of the tension end support and the fixed end support is started;
5. The surface of the carbon fiber board is cleaned with acetone before being pasted;
6. Apply adhesive on the contact surface of the carbon fiber board and the bottom of the beam, and apply adhesive on the contact surface of the anchor bottom plate and the bottom of the beam;
7. Install the carbon fiber board and hang the bead, the bead should not be too tight, otherwise it will affect the tension of the carbon fiber board;
8. Tension carbon fiber board and observe the change of beam deflection;
9. After the tension is completed, repair the gap of the carbon fiber board with repair glue and brush 5mm thick adhesive as the carbon board protective layer on both sides of the carbon fiber board (including the carbon fiber board);
10. Apply a layer of adhesive to the nuts of the anchor bolts, and then apply a layer of anti-rust grease to the surface of all metal parts to protect the anchors, screws, and beading;
11. The high-strength, high-bonding epoxy resin mortar protective paint is used to protect the reinforced beam and the bottom of the slab.

Engineering Case
National Highway 110 Line K1055 + 182 Qianlishan Third Bridge Reinforcement Project
The project is located in Wuhai, Inner Mongolia, where prestressed carbon fiber plates are used to reinforce the slab beams to increase the bearing capacity. This reinforcement and reconstruction project uses 120 pieces of pre-stressed carbon fiber plates of CXS-2.0 * 50 size. Due to the thin bottom of the slab beam, the beam body is first thickened with steel plates at the beam end anchors, and then phytochemical anchors are used to ensure safety Sex. The net length of a single carbon fiber board is 8m. The prestressed carbon fiber board controls the tensile stress to 1000MPa and the tensile force to 100kN.
